A little bit about Chris...

From a Candidate's Perspective: "Chris is very personable and he cares about what he does. He was realistic with me about my future employers' expectations, and I felt prepared for my interview."

Favorite Quote: "Self-discipline is a form of freedom.  Freedom from laziness and lethargy, freedom from expectations and demands of others, freedom from weakness and fear and doubt."-Harvey Dorfman, The Mental ABCs of Pitching

I'm excited to move to Rand because...we'll be in the heart of downtown and ESP will occupy a whole floor. Having a large break area and multiple meeting rooms will be a nice luxury for the whole team. I am also excited about Allie's Deli being the default lunch option and Starbucks and Caribou being only an elevator ride away for the afternoon pick-me-up.

Chris earned a bachelor’s degree in Business and Economics from Lafayette College in Pennsylvania. He was a top recruiter and account manager for an IT consulting firm in Atlanta prior to moving to the Twin Cities and joining ESP. As a recruiter and account manager for ESP, Chris excels at matching candidates to roles that are a fit for their skills and interests. He’s great at connecting with his candidates and clients and listening to what they need in a job or potential hire.

There is nothing better for Chris, than finding people jobs they like, and checking in months later to find the candidate and client are pleased. He is particularly skilled at finding candidates for Java and .Net Developer positions. Chris sees “the cloud” as a revolutionary technology, and looks forward to the evolution it will bring to Information Technology.

When away from the office, Chris enjoys walking on the Stone Arch Bridge, and going to movies at St. Anthony Main. A New York native, Chris is a die-hard Buffalo Bills fan, and loves watching college basketball in his spare time. He is a member of the Minnesota Technical Recruiters Network and volunteers at Harbor Light Homeless Center and Second Harvest.
