Mike identifies top-quality IT talent and determines fit from both technology and soft skills perspectives. He graduated from The Ohio State University with a bachelor’s degree in Natural Resource Management. Prior to joining ESP, Mike worked in sales, saving his clients time by finding them the products they needed. Mike is skilled at discovering what qualified candidates are truly looking for and enjoys helping them acquire the position they are seeking.
In his spare time, Mike enjoys biking, backpacking, snowboarding, and kayaking on Lake of the Isles. He also loves to golf, cook, and travel. After teaching in Korea, he and his wife Emily volunteered at Sareka House, a Charitable NGO in Cambodia, mentoring rescued children. He also worked with underserved youth in Providence, assisting them with college entrance essays.
