As Recruiting and Sales Coordinator at ESP, Molly assists the senior leadership team with recruiting duties. She earned a bachelor degree in Communication Studies from Bethel University and interned at an IT consulting firm. Prior to joining ESP she worked in technical customer service at XATA Corporation. Molly is responsible for managing all of ESP’s online job resources, coordinating candidate interviews, and manages ESP’s proprietary database. She enjoys variety in her tasks and excels at taking ownership of projects, setting visitors at ease and building relationships both within and outside the office.
In her free time, Molly enjoys spending time at Lake Calhoun, and playing tennis and beach volleyball. She loves watching movies at home with her husband and spending time with her niece and nephews. Every year, Molly looks forward to going to the State Fair and volunteering with Operation Christmas Child.
