Shelly manages the accounting and human resource operations for ESP. She has a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Iowa State University and a MBA in Business Management from Upper Iowa University. After working for Best Buy Corporation, Shelly gained additional experience at companies of various size before joining ESP.
Shelly is always looking to find creative ways to handle challenging situations. She has the ability to visualize alternative solutions, and she is organized and efficient. These skills are essential for handling the individual needs of our clients, candidates, and in-office employees.
In her spare time, Shelly enjoys reading, walking her rat terrier, and going to the zoo with her daughter. She volunteers with Arc Greater Twin Cities and Second Chance Animal Rescue.
