The National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS) represents an international network of consulting and placement firms specializing in the staffing industry. ESP’s membership enables us to provide superior service to our clients and talent through the exchange of job openings, candidates and best practices. ESP adheres to the code of ethics set out by NAPS in all of our business practices.

MN Recruiting and Staffing Association (MNRSA) was formed to serve the staffing and recruiting firms in Minnesota. ESP’s membership enables us to partner with area affiliates and attend industry training events and webinars. The MNRSA also requires its members to uphold its standards of ethical practices.

The Minnesota Technical Recruiters Network (MNTRN) is a local organization designed for recruiters and human resources professionals working specifically in the field of technology. ESP’s membership provides opportunity for our recruiters to enhance their skills while networking with companies and other recruiters in Minnesota. Additionally, MNTRN provides educational seminars and discussions on best practices for its members.
