Kurt joined ESP in 1999 as an Associate Recruiter. For the past nine years he has worked extensively in all aspects of Information Technology recruitment, account management, and sales. In his current role Kurt works with client companies to staff Information Technology consultants and contract-to-hire personnel. Kurt’s experience working as both an Account Manager and Senior Recruiter provides the basis for his ability to understand a client company’s specific technology requirements, and the ingenuity to devise sound staffing solutions that consider more than technical fit alone.
